One of our largest banking clients in the New Orleans area is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Manager to manage their entire Treasury Management Group, including Wire Transfer, ACH operations, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Analysis, Sweep management and Treasury Management Implementation (account management and set-up, level 2 customer support and research).

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• College degree in accounting, finance or business and/ or equivalent amount of training/experience
• 7 years of Treasury Management Operations experience
• 3 – 5 years experience as a manager
• Ability to travel frequently between LA and AL Operations Centers
• Superior knowledge of treasury management and electronic banking products
• Knowledge of general banking
• Superior customer service skills to all levels of internal staff as well as outside professionals
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and design/development of operations
• Proficient operation of Microsoft Office including Word, Access, Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills
• Superior creative thinking and cash management skills
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems
• Must be able to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external staff
• Proven management and planning skills
