Banking Touchpoint Business Systems Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a strong banking Touchpoint Business Systems Analyst to aid in a major integration project. The analyst will function as a liaison between bank clients and IT and manage projects through the analysis phase. He/she will be responsible for technical analysis, testing, and writing technical specifications for Touchpoint banking systems – Teller, Sales/Service, and Platform.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• 5+ years of financial services/banking experience with financial systems.
• 3+ years of Touchpoint systems experience with any type of Touchpoint system.
• Experience working as a business analyst on software implementation projects.
• Strong consultative, communication, and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels to both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Superior knowledge of business systems and financial software.
