Banking IT Project Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Project Manager to aid in a major business initiative to build a new, fully integrated banking system to support a broad range of improved customer service and product capabilities. The Project Manager will be responsible for picking up all smaller projects that have fallen behind due to the major initiative. He/she will plan and coordinate meetings, follow up on action items from business units, track issues, report project status, and keep track of project metrics. He/she will also be responsible for project budgets, allocating resources, creating project timelines, and ensuring projects are completed. This is a large scale project, so the ability to multi-task is key!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• 3+ years experience in the banking/financial services industry.
• 5+ years experience in IT project management– Must have project experience!
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
