Intralox, L.L.C has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor for their day and night shift operations within our state-of-the-art injection molding facility. This facility is a 24/7 manufacturing operation utilizing injection molding machines to produce components used in the manufacture of plastic modular conveyor belts. Responsibilities for this position include the direct supervision of 25 – 30 operational personnel, serving as the plant floor supervisor to coordinate all aspects of daily operation, and continuously improving the performance of both the employees and the operations for the shift. The qualified candidate will be responsible for monitoring individuals work status and adjusting capacity, reporting on performance measures, evaluating employees’ performance and providing feedback to promote individual improvement. Reporting to a Shift Manager, the Shift Supervisor will work a 12 hour, shift schedule (Nights 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). (Days 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage 20+ employees and lead small teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), organization and supervisory skills
• Highly motivated team player possessing a continuous improvement mindset
• Hands on management style
• College degree preferred coupled with previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Above average PC skills for email and MS Office applications
• Must be able to work a two week rotating shift working every other weekend

Desired Qualifications:

• Injection molding experience
• Previous 24/7 or 24/5 experience
• Oracle
