We are seeking a creative, talented, energetic person to support our community. This position has full-time responsibilities, and we're going to be flexible to find the best person, which means its may be perfect fit if you work independently or have your own gig. Community Manager responsibilities include:

• Showing the space and signing up new members
• New member intake, orientation and community introduction
• Social media marketing campaigns
• Managing operational and IT infrastructure (don't worry, not as scary as it sounds)
• Event planning, marketing and coordination
• Planning and hosting our annual conference: Launch Fest
• Writing content for Launch Pad blog, newsletter
• Lead community liaison to spread the Launch Pad love
• Generally being awesome and nice
