Operation REACH is currently seeking individuals who have the passion to contribute to a growing organization that has a strong track record of success serving urban youth and families. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Nationally expanding New-Orleans based non-profit seeks Human Resources Manager to provide leadership in all areas of human resources, including recruitment and training of high-quality staff and volunteers, and management of benefits. Minimum requirement is a BA in a related field. Candidate should have 3-5 years experience in personnel management or human resources. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and judgment. The candidate’s personal organizational skills and ability to self-start, self-manage time and multi-task are an absolute must. Additionally, the candidate must possess functional competencies at computer database management, word processing, spreadsheets, powerpoint, and scheduling software applications. The Human Resources Manager directly manages the human resources functions of the organization across all program sites and locations.
Location: New Orleans, LA
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
