The leading Louisiana Fly Shop specializing in saltwater fly fishing is looking for an experienced fly fishing minded manager. You must be a fly fisherman or Women who is excited about our sport and love everything about it. If you are looking for a great opportunity with an up and coming shop. We are expanding our online presence and have been steadily growing. As the manager you will be in charge of all things pertaining to the business and answer directly to the owner, some of your duties include:

- Managing Employee's – Booking Guide Trips – Purchasing – POS management – Customer Service – Event cordination – Minor Accounting – Manage Internet business, shipping, ebay – Fish Regularly

To be considered you will first and foremost need fly fishing experience. Experience in management and sales would be a plus. You must have some proficiency with a computer and be willing to learn our e-commerce platform.

Your pay will be dependent on experience plus a good profit share program.
