Support Advisor

The Support Advisor is an client relationship management position that provides technical support for the Lead Advisor. Responsibilities include data gathering, financial plan development, portfolio rebalancing, presentation development, and client meeting follow-up.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare client financial plans and presentations for review by Lead Advisor
• Review client rebalancing reports for potential trades and implement trades after approval
• Prepare client meeting agendas for review by Lead Advisor
• Attend client meetings in a technical, supporting, and learning role
• Assist with client phone call and email requests, including research and documentation
• Document client meetings including any pending items and summary emails
• Process new account applications promptly and accurately

Qualifications

The Support Advisor candidate should posess the following qualifications:

• Solid academic track record
• Bachelor’s Degree, with CFP® designation preferred
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; familiarity with Junxure and eMoney ideal
• Able to set priorities, organized, detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, takes initiative
• Positive attitude
• Focused on clients and their needs; places high value on caretaking
• Able to address stressful situations with a clear head
• Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others
• Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
