Have you heard of NOLAlicious (http://bit.ly/NOLAlicious)?

We're a New Orleans weekly email newsletter sending the best of New Orleans events, jobs, travel and more to inboxes everywhere. We were recently selected by The Gambit as the best email newsletter in New Orleans (http://bit.ly/gambitwebawards), and we're looking for one qualified intern to join our production team as a Writer Intern.

Us: New to New Orleans and heart-set on creating the best weekly guide to New Orleans.
You: Young-at-heart and excited to jump right in and grow with us.

Skills needed:
Enthusiasm for New Orleans
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt to our writing style
Attention to detail
Social media 101
Research skills

Hours:
5-10 hour/week commitment. The time is broken up into two segments. We have a production meeting Monday afternoons for approximately 4 hours that you’ll be required to join. Additional hours are spent prior to Monday gathering content ideas and then through the week assisting in social media outreach. This position is for at least a three-month period.

In return, you'll work alongside us and see what it's like to create a newsletter, use social media channels to spread the word, strategize about growing our distribution list and in general help us rock out every week.
