The Junior League of New Orleans is an 501(c)3 organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

JLNO is a 95-year-old organization with a legacy of service to the Greater New Orleans area. It has been at the forefront of training women, investing in programs, and creating projects that make a significant impact. Our current programs including the Diaper Bank, Woman Entrepreneur Fellowship, and Scholarship among others demonstrate that JLNO continues to address the critical issues facing women and families. Through these projects and the 40,000 volunteer hours our members commit annually, JLNO equips women to be more effective volunteers and leaders, recognizes and addresses community needs, and implements lasting change.

More information about our organization and community work can be found at www.jlno.org.
