Job Description

We have an open position for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). If you join our team as an LPN, you will have the privilege of assisting our residents lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
Job Functions:
- Provides nursing care and medication to individuals in their group homes and in other client areas.
- Provides information to direct care staff relative to the implementation of clients’ health care services and programs.
- Documents health related data and follow up in accordance with company policy.
- Physically responds directly to all requests for health care services or situations in which a nurse is needed.
Requirements of the position:
- Valid LPN license
- Clear driving record with valid LA Drivers’ License and proof of insurance
- Clear Criminal background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
- Patience, compassion, reliability, flexibility
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
