<p>I have been in management for over the last twenty years and I am a multi-tasker&nbsp;at all facets of life.&nbsp; I currently am a District Manager of fifteen retail stores and manage over 165 people.&nbsp; My time is spent on developing others to achieve their ultimate career goals and to place the appropriate people in the appropriate roles to achieve the best results.&nbsp; I am currently a member of Leadership Northshore where I continue to learn to build teams at different stages of the development process.&nbsp; I am looking to be apart of a company where I can make a difference in lives and help others that are less fortunate than myself.&nbsp; <br></p>
