I’m a seasoned manager and creative leader with nearly 20 years of experience in customer service, logistics, program development, and community engagement. At CRST I started on the front lines and was quickly promoted to the Truckload Division, where I managed a fleet of over 30 drivers. I handled dispatch, payroll, performance, and recruiting with a focus on retention and relationship-building under pressure.<div><br></div><div>I’m also the founder of The Humor Association, a nonprofit that uses comedy to build confidence, connection, and communication skills in schools and disability communities. I’ve created original programming, led workshops, and organized events that center humor as a tool for growth and inclusion.</div><div><br></div><div>In addition, I’ve launched two creative ventures: We Live Zombie Carnival, a post-apocalyptic comedy podcast and fictional radio brand, and 365NotOut.com, a global cricket storytelling platform that explores the sport’s cultural and historical impact. Across all my work I bring a unique mix of leadership, resourcefulness, and care. I’m looking to join a mission-driven team where I can keep building strong systems, strong people, and strong stories.</div>
